The City notified the 1 Harbor Drive applicant that the project application submitted on June 4 is incomplete. A 5-page Notice of Incomplete Application letter was sent to the applicant on June 30. Among many things were discovered by the staff including several missing reports and outstanding fees.
The applicant is required to address all staff comments prior to resubmitting documents for review.
