The City of Sausalito held their first of two public forums on September 22. The presentation focused on reviewing the first RFP for the joint housing development of MLK park and the Corporation Yard.
The first team to present was made up of representatives from four different firms: Tableau Development, The Richmond Group. Pacific Housing, and Marciel Chow Architecture. The team stressed that the designs are only conceptual. They were drawn to meet the RFP's requirements, with no community input yet. If selected, the team would start with community design workshops ("charrettes").

One note of interest is the City’s missing financial review and the fact that no funding is committed yet.
