Pelican Harbor residents reported rent increases and maintenance concerns after the operator rejected by the City Council was able to gain control of Pelican Harbor using a loophole to nullify the City Council rejection of their purchase. Residents provided copies of rent increases to the City Manager and the Council directed that the staff research available options for a response.
SOS supports the residents and is encouraging the Council to find ways to help.
